This residence was included on the 2016 and 2017 Spring Green Home Tour which is sponsored by the Home Builders Association of Durham, Orange, and Chatham counties and the Home Builders Association of Raleigh-Wake county in North Carolina. This residence also earned the National Green Building Standard “GOLD” rating and a Home Energy Rating System (HERS) rating of -3, wherein the lower the rating, the more energy efficient the home.
